hey tell casey that i bought a huge pinapple last week and ate the whole thing! it was a million times better that the canned or anything i have every eaten. it is kind of expensive though so i can only eat it a few times a month.
we also get 150 US dollars to spend every month and 20 goes to the apartments food supply. then we get to exchange the american money for liberian dollars and the rate is 1 US = 60-63 liberian dollars. the pineapple was 75 liberians so it was cheap to you but 60 liberians is a lot of money here and you can buy a lot.

Since Wednesday, the 11th was "King Kamehameha Day", in Hawaii, it's a good time to celebrate with a pineapple!
